Departmental Billing
Fleet Services provides detailed, monthly billing reports to customers. Files will be uploaded by the last day of the month.
Reports are sorted by organization code. Please use the Ctrl-F function and search organization code to find your billing information. Make sure to review the Voyager statement as well.
**If you need billing information for a Fleet Service reservation then you will still run your reports as normal through the Fleet Commander website. Please click here to bring up the instructions. **
Fiscal Year 2026
August 2025 – Only Voyager credit card statements are available this month. Because of the transition to new software, billing was only partially processed and the Fleet Management Billing report could not be generated.
